You can browse our inventory online and submit a request for the equipment needed. We will confirm availability, then send you a quote via email with the pricing and deposit amount. Once your deposit is received, we will schedule your delivery date and time. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
Yes, it is delivery only. Rentals cannot be picked up. An additional delivery fee may apply for deliveries outside of our free delivery area. Remember, prices on our website do not include sales tax or damage waiver.
Yes, we require a 25% deposit to hold your equipment and event date. The deposit amount needed to reserve your date will be noted on your quote. Your reservation date is open until a deposit is received. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
Cash, check, or credit card. The remaining balance, after the deposit, is due upon delivery. If the rental is somewhere other than your house, full payment is due upon reservation. A 3% fee will need to be added for credit card transactions.
You are responsible for any damage (outside of the normal wear and tear) or loss that occurs during your rental period. An additional invoice will be sent for any damaged parts or full replacements of damaged items.
You can make changes to your rental anytime up to the scheduled delivery date. We do our best to accommodate changes but depending on the number of rentals that day, there may be no extra inventory.
Our tents can be set up on grass, concrete, and asphalt. Additional fees will apply to any non-grass setup. Fees are based on the type of anchoring and/or weights needed to properly secure the tent. Let us know upon reservation what kind of surface the tent will be sitting on. If necessary, we will do a free consultation at the installation site to go over your options for a non-grass setup.
You can cancel your rental up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date will be subject to a loss of your deposit. Remember, cancellations hurt small businesses. So, if cancelling, please cancel asap so that we have time to refill that spot.
We have to adhere to the rules of the parks. Unless otherwise approved by the governing body, all rentals must be removed from the parks daily. Therefore, each park rental is going to be slightly different. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and still adhere to the park rules. We typically start removing all rentals 1 hour before the park closes to ensure everything is cleaned up by the parks closing time.
